Subscriptions and paid features are available only to logged-in users. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Paid-Only Model

toNikah offers premium features (like better matching, messaging, and profile tools) through paid subscriptions. We show all prices, billing details, and what you get before you buy — so there are no surprises.

2. Our Refund Approach

We understand that sometimes plans change, but to keep things fair and sustainable for everyone, payments are generally non-refundable once your subscription starts — unless required by law.

This covers situations like:

  • Unused time in your current period
  • Not finding matches or getting responses right away
  • Not using the account much
  • Feeling the service isn't the right fit for you
  • Account issues related to our community guidelines

We charge for access to the platform and its tools — not for guaranteed outcomes like matches or marriage. We do our best to create a helpful space, but results depend on many factors.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
  • You can cancel anytime easily in your account settings or through the platform where you subscribed (e.g., app store or payment provider).
  • Cancellation stops any future charges — we appreciate you letting us know in advance!
  • You'll keep full access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.
  • We don't offer partial or prorated refunds for any remaining days — this helps us keep pricing straightforward for all members.
4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel beforehand. Some platforms or payment providers may send reminders, but it is your responsibility to cancel if you wish to stop.

5. Your Legal Rights (Especially in the EU/Germany)

Nothing here takes away any rights you have under consumer protection laws — we fully respect those.

European Union (including Germany)

EU rules usually give a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. However, for digital services like ours (immediate access to premium features), this right may no longer apply once:

  • You give your express consent to start the service immediately, and
  • You confirm you understand this means losing the withdrawal right once access begins.

In places like India or elsewhere, we follow local consumer laws exactly. If a refund is legally required, we'll handle it quickly using your original payment method.
